Formerly CEO of Osum, and prior to that in leadership roles at Shell in Canada and abroad.

Broadly experienced energy executive with a record of delivering strong growth and operating results, safely and cost-effectively. A long history of building strong, highly effective teams. Key past roles included as COO of Osum, and at Suncor in Engineering, Operations and Major Projects roles.
Robert Bowie, MBA
Chief Financial Officer and VP Business Development
Energy executive with a record of delivering on acquisitions, divestments, financings, and commercial solutions. Executive experience includes Aspenleaf Energy, Athabasca Oil, and various roles at Shell in Canada.
Blair Kessler, P.Eng.
VP Development & Engineering
An experienced executive with a proven ability to integrate business and technical aspects of operations and development, and to deliver strong results. A builder of high performance teams with the ability to attract and develop. Past experience includes Osum, CNRL, Pengrowth, and Atomic Energy Canada.
Michael Hrudey, P.Geo.
VP Exploration
Geoscience leader with strong technical foundation and experience in the WCSB, including leading multidisciplinary technical teams primarily at Shell Canada. Experienced in exploration through to development, evaluating assets, acquisitions and divestures.
Lorraine Leslie, P.Eng.
Senior Technical Advisor, Subsurface
Lead subsurface engineer with deep experience in technical analysis, with a strong focus on unconventional plays. Extensive involvement evaluating multiple acquisitions and divestments primarily at Shell Canada.

Since March of 2024 Northern Hawk has raised funds primarily through the company’s private equity sponsor, ARC Financial.
